This sweet little girl is two months old, and so sweet and delicate. She still weighs only 8 pounds! She was a perfect angel at her session and mom was about to burst with pride 😉 I had to get just one up for her before we leave for our week’s vacation! I was totally laying in bed trying to fall asleep in preparation for the big day tomorrow, when I remembered this and I had to get out and make sure there was something here for mommy to see 🙂 Hope you love it!
My baby girls
Just wanted to share a few images I recently snapped of my gorgeous girls.
I was attempting to get some shots of the headbands in particular, as I have been selling them to a local gift shoppe and will also be selling them at a Mom to Mom show in March
(come check it out! we’ll be featuring our photography there as well! more info can be found here: http://www.facebook.com/search/?q=mom2mom+show&init=quick#/event.php?eid=236094944115&index=1 )
These images turned out better than I hoped. Kyara, now 3, is definitely a photographers daughter and pretty much refuses to acknowledge the camera most of the time, while Eden, 17 months, normally won’t sit still for half a second! However, I guess this was my lucky day. I caught Kyara in a goofy mood and distracted Eden with her favorite pink necklace.
I love these images as they really show my girls personality.
This weekend, we also had a fun session with a gorgeous two month old baby girl. What a wee little doll, she’s still only 8 pounds! I’ll make sure to get some pictures up this week, before we leave for our cruise! (so excited!!)
Princess B: Part 2
Now that Mom and Dad have all of their images, I thought I’d share a few more of this sweet little girl:
This baby girl is most definitely going to be so loved and cherished (and spoiled 😀 ) by her mommy and daddy, she has them wrapped around her finger already.
Congratulations guys, we wish you all the best and the LORD’s blessings as you raise her in His Name.

Sneak Peek: Princess B has arrived!
We got to meet this little sweetie today, it was so fun to see her in all her newness(only 4 days old). Thanks to her Mommy and Daddy for coming out and being so relaxed and letting us do our thing. You guys have been the best clients ever 🙂
Personal: Family Pictures
So over the Thanksgiving weekend, I decided it was time for an updated family photo…we actually have lots of pics, but none include me :(. So we packed up, drove down the road and found this great field just 5 minutes from our house. The light was amazing and the kids were co-operative, what more can you ask for?!
I set my camera up on a tripod and used a remote for the ones that I am actually in. I absolutely love the results and the best part is, we were only out for 20 minutes of pics, and then headed out for dinner. This made my hubby happy. He hates these outings. Too bad he married a photographer!
I know I already posted the second image earlier, but I LOVE it! Oh the joys that a candy apple can bring!
And this storyboard just makes me smile! ♥ it all…the toothy grin, the look of wonder, the light and sun flare…yum.
Thanksgiving is a
time of gratitude to God,
our Creator and Provider,
whose guidance and care
go before us…
and whose love
is with us forever.
Thanksgiving is a time
to reflect on the changes,
to remember that we, too,
grow and change
from one season of life to another.
Thanksgiving is a time
of changing seasons,
when leaves turn golden
in Autumn’s wake
and apples are crisp
in the first chill breezes of fall.
Let us remember the true meaning
As we see the beauty
of Autumn, let us acknowledge
the many blessings
which are ours…
let us think of our families
and let us give thanks in our hearts.
Well, not really, but we are excited about it anyway!
The last session we did was for A (see the post two down). She’s a great dentist in Welland and she wanted updated shots of her kids, as well as something she could use for her advertisements in the local newspapers every week.
We had taken some outdoor pictures a week after the previous session had been rained out in order to give her a wide variety to choose from. In the end, this was the shot she chose.
And here it is in print. Not quite the same quality… but still cute!
There were a couple of other shots we took that morning that I just have to post, cause these kids are way too cute!
Coming up… my family session on the beach.
